Mobile Applicator
AgCraft mobile applicator provides growers with a simple, reliable, and precise applicator to dispense liquid fertilizers, nutrients, and chemicals at a controlled rate onto the ground or crops.
Remote Control
Manually set the flow rate with a precise metering valve, then turn the system on and off with a wireless remote control.
The electric pumps and back pressure valve create a sealed system while off, saving product while transporting, then quickly turn back on to the desired flow rate, allowing for spot application and end of row turn arounds.
Meter + Verify
2 high flow pumps and a precise low flow metering valve allow for a wide range of application rates, adding versatility to what concentrations of material can be applied.
The metering valve sends flow to the field and bypasses excess material and traped air back to the tank to agitate for uniform application.
A digital flowmeter verifies application rate on a LCD screen which is visible from the drivers seat. The total volume can be reset with buttons on the screen. Multiple units of measure in standard and metric can be selected with buttons on the screen.
In adition to the flow meter, LED indicator lights are day light visible in Green for GO and Red for Stop. So the operator knows the system is off or on.
Compact
The compact pumping unit is designed to be attached with minimal space to the AgCraft trailer or your existing trailer.
The booms telescope from 5′ to 12′ nozzle to nozzle allowing for transport and narrow rows.
Durable + Easy to Maintain
The welded stainless steel assembly is designed to withstand bending a boom from tree contact. The unistrut booms can quickly be replaced in the field wihtout special tools.
The pump head has safety filters and quick attach pumps so they can be cleaned out or replaced quickly in the field without specail tools or downtime.
Power + Efficiency
The applicator runs on a standard 120V outlet pulling less than 5A with 2 pumps running.
The applicator is efficient enough to run on a small 1K generator or battery bank generator or inverter from the tractor.
One or two pumps can be selected so only what is needed is pumped saving power and extending pump life.
Install + Startup
Quick connect cam locks on the ports makes connecting hoses simple.
Intuitive control allows quick learning and startup.
